To use as ringtone on your iPhone open the m4r audio file with iTunes and it will automatically be put in the "Ringtones" folder. Then sync your phone. You may need to check the "Sync ringtones" box under the "Ringtones" tab in iTunes for your iPhone. (Unfortunately if the sound clip is over 40 seconds it will not work because iTunes puts a limit on it.)

Randy: "Wait, wait. So, it's like a race?"
Enrico: "A race. It's a race. I hope I win."
Duane: "Um, what are the, uh rules?"
Sinclair: "There's only one rule. Are you ready? Here it is. There are no rules. Go. Go!"
Merrill: "So now when you say, 'Go,' you mean just go?"
Sinclair: "Uh, begin, commence, start moving. Theretically, you have been racing for about 40 seconds. And so far, Mr. Schaffer is winning because he's nearest to the door."
